A Unique Opportunity
From the celebrated artist Kevin Dean A unique opportunity, exclusive to the Figurehead Archives, to acquire original watercolours used to illustrate the book, “Warship Figureheads of Portsmouth” from the Author David Pulvertaft.
For anyone interested in the subject of Naval Figureheads this is a rare opportunity to buy an original watercolour by the well known and very respected artist and illustrator Kevin Dean MA ( RCA ).
Kevin has worked as a artist since graduating from the Royal College of Art in 1982. He has illustrated numerous books, designed textiles and wall coverings, and his work is held in various collections around the world. Kevin lives just a few minutes’ walk from Portsmouth's Historic Dockyard and home to National Museum of the Royal Navy and its wonderful figurehead collection.
The 37 original paintings for sale are all approx 18" x 10" (43 cm x 26 cm) although sizes may vary slightly.
